Shipping Policy for Qtees Beauty Care:

• The shipping charges depends on the delivery address and will be mentioned at the time of checkout. No shipping charges for orders having order value of more than Rs. 1000/-.
• The estimated time of delivery varies from state to state. We usually dispatch the order in 2-3 working days where working days are from Monday to Friday. The Order will be delivered in 3-5 days post-dispatch.
• The orders received during sale events may take some extra time to dispatch and deliver.

Cancellation Policy for Qtees Beauty Care:

• Those orders which are ‘fulfilled’ or dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.
• If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched you can contact our customer care for the same.

Return Policy for Qtees Beauty Care:

1. Skin Compatibility Assurance:
   - Our products are formulated with natural ingredients to suit various skin types. Before use, please ensure compatibility by conducting a patch test on a small area of your skin.
   - If you experience any discomfort or allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately and contact our customer service team for guidance.

2. Return Eligibility:
   - Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for products causing adverse reactions such as skin burning, severe allergies, or other related issues.
   - To qualify for a return, provide photographic evidence of the reaction. Photos should be taken before using the product and during the reaction period to demonstrate the skin's condition.

   - The products that are damaged during transit or are the wrong products are accepted for replacement. 

3. Return Process:
   - Contact our customer service team promptly to initiate the return process.
   - Our team will assess the evidence provided to validate the claim.
   - If approved, we will facilitate a refund or replacement based on the investigation outcome.

4. Conditions for Returns:
   - Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
   - Returns are subject to verification by our quality control team. Valid refunds will be processed in 5-7 working days.
   - Shipping fees for returning the product may apply, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
